'Mann Ki Baat' a strong medium connecting crores of citizens with a common goal: Finance Minister Shri OP Choudhary

Raipur, Finance Minister Shri OP Choudhary listened to the 136th episode of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi's popular radio program 'Mann Ki Baat' with advocates from Raigarh at his residence office in Raipur on Sunday.

On this occasion, Shri OP Choudhary said that Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi's 'Mann Ki Baat' program has become an effective platform to inspire countrymen and encourage public participation for positive change in society. He said that in the program, the Prime Minister highlighted the power of public participation by mentioning the efforts being made for the conservation of ponds and water conservation under the Amrit Sarovar scheme in Korba district of Chhattisgarh, which is a matter of pride for the entire state.

Shri Choudhary said that the Prime Minister's special emphasis on subjects like water conservation, environmental conservation, and community participation conveys the message of taking the country forward towards sustainable development. He said that 'Mann Ki Baat' has today become a strong medium connecting crores of citizens with a common goal, which is strengthening positive thinking, innovation, and the spirit of nation-building in society.

During the listening of the program, the advocates present also described the Prime Minister's ideas as inspiring and expressed their resolve for collective participation in public interest issues and fulfillment of social responsibilities.
