Labour Minister Lakhna Lal Devangan Secures ESIC Facility for Workers in Bilaspur

Labour Minister Lakhna Lal Devangan succeeded in obtaining approval for a 100‑bed ESIC hospital in Bilaspur.

He wrote to Union Labour and Employment Minister Dr Mansukh Mandaviya requesting land allocation, which resulted in the allocation of five acres at Rahangi.

The 198th ESIC Corporation board meeting on 30 June 2026 formally endorsed the project.

The facility, costing over Rs 100 crore, will serve thousands of registered workers and their families, offering local, quality healthcare.
