Four Arrested in Bilaspur Scam Involving ATM, PhonePe and Gold Jewellery

Police from Sarakanda police station announced the arrest of four suspects linked to the Bilaspur fraud. The accused – Ayush Yadav, Adarsh Sharma, Prince Sahu and Aditya Pandey – were taken into custody after a press note was issued late in the evening. During interrogation, the suspects admitted to extracting cash in installments via ATM withdrawals and PhonePe, as well as looting gold ornaments from the victim’s locker. Authorities also recovered 40,000 rupees in cash, two gold‑plated rings, a chain, a mobile phone and a vehicle purchased with the stolen money.
