Former CGPSC Officials and Associates Summoned Again by Enforcement Directorate

The ED has re‑issued summons to several individuals who were previously out on bail in the CGPSC recruitment case. Among those called back are former examination controller Aarti Vasanik, ex‑assistant controller Lalit Ganvir, the nephew of former official Taman Sonwani – Sahil Sonwani, Nitesh Sonwani, Shashank Goyal, and his wife, Bhumika Katiyar. The Supreme Court had granted bail to former controller Aarti Vasanik on September 1, and the fresh notices indicate a renewed focus on uncovering their role in the alleged cash‑for‑questions scheme.

Authorities are also probing connections to NGOs, a large corporate entity and resort operators who were named in the earlier charge sheets.
