Dolly Gandhar's Aadhaar-related problem resolved at Seva Setu Kendra
The path to opening a bank account and receiving scholarships became easier after correcting the error in the name.

Through Seva Setu centers, facilities related to various government services, including the resolution of document-related problems, are being provided to citizens. This is providing local solutions to the difficulties people are facing in availing government schemes and services.
In this regard, the error in the name recorded in the Aadhaar card of Ms. Dolly Gandhar, a resident of Ambikapur in Surguja district, was rectified through the Seva Setu center. Due to the incorrect name recorded in her Aadhaar card, she was facing problems in opening a bank account. Not having a bank account was also affecting the process of receiving scholarship benefits.
To resolve her problem, Dolly Gandhar submitted an application at the Seva Setu center. Based on the necessary documents and the prescribed procedure, the error related to her name in the Aadhaar card was corrected. After the correction in the name, the process of opening a bank account has now become easier for her. Additionally, the obstacle related to documents in receiving scholarships has also been removed.
Sharing her experience, Dolly Gandhar said that she was facing a lot of trouble due to the error in her name on the Aadhaar card. She was also facing difficulties in availing scholarship benefits due to not being able to open a bank account. After applying at the Seva Setu center, her problem has been resolved. Now she will be able to easily open a bank account and can also proceed with the scholarship application process. Expressing happiness over the resolution of her problem through the Seva Setu center, she said that this facility is greatly helping citizens in resolving document-related issues. She expressed gratitude to Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai for the Seva Setu center facility.

Dolly Gandhar's case is an example of this, where after correcting the error in her Aadhaar card name, the path for her to proceed with the bank account and scholarship-related processes has become smoother.
