Deputy Chief Minister Arun Saw directed the executive engineer of Dhamtari division to ensure that all contracted works are executed and supervised strictly according to departmental standards. He emphasized that no sub‑contracting would be permitted and that power‑of‑attorney documents would not be accepted. Saw also mandated that the projects be completed within the stipulated time frames and that quality checks be performed at every stage, with all contractors required to provide a bank guarantee for the Additional Performance Security (APS) before signing the agreements.
