Court to Review Massive Supplementary Sheet in Raipur Coal Fraud

The Raipur judiciary is set to consider a sixth supplementary charge sheet filed by the ACB‑EOW in the alleged coal over‑pricing scandal. Spanning roughly nine thousand pages, the document names twelve suspects and outlines the alleged scheme of buying coal at inflated prices.

Defence counsel has confirmed that the charge sheet was provided via a pen‑drive and that a comprehensive review is forthcoming. While some of the accused have already been summoned, a few remain to be served. The court will determine the next procedural steps after both sides have evaluated the extensive paperwork.
