CM Helpline-1076 Gives Practical Shape to the Concept of Citizen-Centric Good Governance: Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai

24-hour, seven-day operational system, 8,000 officers engaged in timely resolution of complaints

CM Helpline becomes the most powerful medium of public trust in just one month, over 42,000 complaints resolved

Raipur, The Chief Minister's Helpline has achieved remarkable success in its very first month of operation. By July 13, 2026, 42,653 complaints have been successfully resolved through it. Among these, 13,600 complainants closed their cases with positive feedback themselves after being satisfied with the resolution.

Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai said that ensuring quick, transparent, and timely resolution of every citizen's problem in the state is among the highest priorities of the state government. The Chief Minister's Helpline-1076, started with this objective, is emerging today as a strong bridge of trust between the common man and the government. He appealed to the people of the state to use the Chief Minister's Helpline-1076 as much as possible in case of any problem and also inform those around them about it, so that every needy citizen can benefit from this system.

The Chief Minister said that the Chief Minister's Helpline is not just a facility to register complaints, but it is a strong example of the government's accountable and citizen-centric work culture. The helpline operates twenty-four hours a day and seven days a week. Adequate human resources are deployed in its dedicated call center, who continuously register complaints and forward them to the concerned departments. A clear time limit has been set for the resolution of complaints, and approximately eight thousand officers, from Tehsildar to Secretary level, are associated with this system, ensuring timely action on every complaint.

Chief Minister Shri Sai said that our government is developing an administration where citizens do not have to run from office to office with their problems. Now, a complaint is registered with just one phone call, it is continuously monitored, and resolution is ensured within the stipulated time limit. This has made communication between the government and the public simpler, more transparent, and effective, and people's trust in the administration is continuously strengthening.

He said that this technology-based system is becoming an effective medium for putting good governance into practice. In the coming time, the scope of the Chief Minister's Helpline will be further expanded so that quick and quality administrative services can reach even the last person in the state.

Department-wise data shows that the maximum number of complaints were received related to Energy, Panchayat and Rural Development, and Revenue and Disaster Management departments. While in terms of resolution, these departments also did commendable work, successfully resolving 3,066, 2,530, and 1,314 complaints respectively.

In just one month, the Chief Minister's Helpline-1076 has proved that when the government works with sensitivity, technology, and accountability, the benefits of good governance reach directly to the citizens. This initiative, operating with the spirit of 'Your Problem, Our Solution', has today become a strong identity of the people-centric, transparent, and responsive governance model of developed Chhattisgarh.
