Chief Secretary Mr. Vikasheel Holds High-Level Meeting of Secretaries

Review of Scheme Implementation

Raipur, Chief Secretary Mr. Vikasheel today held a meeting of the nodal secretaries of all departments of the state government at Mantralaya Mahanadi Bhawan. The meeting reviewed the implementation and progress of important tasks and schemes of the departments. The Chief Secretary said that the process of resolving various cases of retiring officers-employees should be started two years in advance. He said that departmental officers have been instructed to update the list of retiring officers and employees department-wise.

The Chief Secretary has instructed the departmental secretaries to continuously monitor the implementation and progress of their department's schemes. In the meeting, information was sought from the officers about the progress of important schemes including e-office, Aadhaar base attendance, Public Service Guarantee, Right to Information, Sughar Chhattisgarh, Niyad Nellannar Yojana, PM Pragati Portal, e-Pragati, Deregulation e-Gazette, Seva Setu, schemes of the Rural Development Department, PM Surya Ghar Bijli. The Chief Secretary has instructed the departmental officers to monitor the training programs identified department-wise under I-GOTT. He has asked to provide training to officers-employees under I-GOTT as per the department's requirement. The Chief Secretary said that all departmental schemes and services should be made online.
