CG Morning News: Raipur. Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai will be on a tour of two districts today. Will participate in the ownership card distribution program organized in Mahasamund district. Then will leave from Mahasamund district for Sakti district. Here, the Chief Minister will participate in the inauguration-bhoomi pujan and felicitation ceremony of various development works organized in the grounds in front of Jetha Collectorate office complex. In the ceremony, Chief Minister Sai Sakti will gift a total of 173 development works worth Rs 168.25 crore to the district, which includes the bhoomi pujan of 82 works costing more than Rs 105 crore 78 lakh and 91 construction works costing more than Rs 62 crore 47 lakh. And inauguration of development works is included.
Final publication of voter list today
There will be final publication of voter lists of urban bodies and panchayats. The State Election Commission has taken a meeting regarding the civic elections. Election preparations were reviewed in the meeting. There was discussion in the meeting regarding polling stations, polling personnel, security and voter list.
Deputy CM Arun Saw on tour of Korba and Sakti district
Deputy Chief Minister Arun Sao will be on a tour of Korba and Sakti districts today. Will participate in the ownership card distribution program organized in Korba. After which Sakti will participate in the inauguration and foundation stone laying program of various development works in the district.
Industry Minister Dewangan will go to Kabirdham today
Commerce, Industry and Labor Minister Lakhan Lal Dewangan will participate in the programs organized in Kawardha today. As per the scheduled tour programme, Minister Dewangan will leave for Kabirdham today at 9 am from his residence in Shankar Nagar, Raipur. There, at 11 am, PG will participate in the virtual distribution program of rights records by the Prime Minister under the ownership scheme at the College Indoor Auditorium, Kabirdham. After the program, we will leave for Raipur from Kabirdham at 2 pm and will return to Raipur at 4 pm.
Cabinet meeting before code of conduct
There will be a cabinet meeting tomorrow i.e. on 19th January. Many important decisions can be approved in the meeting. This will be the first time in this government that the ministry will open for the cabinet on Sunday. The code of conduct is likely to be announced on January 20.
