Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai conducted a video conference from the Mahanadi Bhawan Ministry in Nava Raipur, reviewing the implementation of government schemes with collectors from all districts. During the meeting, the Chief Minister thoroughly examined the ground realities of development plans in all districts of the state, providing essential guidelines to the officials. He took detailed information regarding the status of cases related to name transfers, undisputed and disputed divisions, record corrections, error rectification, land acquisition, demarcation, and diversion, conducting a district-wise review. The Chief Minister firmly stated that repeatedly calling people for hearings not only causes them financial loss but also wastes their time and effort, thereby eroding public trust in the government system. He instructed officials to reduce hearings and ensure the timely resolution of cases. Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister, Subodh Kumar Singh, directed that all revenue cases be registered in e-Courts to facilitate easy monitoring and tracking. Emphasis was also placed on record rectification and error correction. Instructions were issued to conduct a special campaign at the tehsil level through patwaris to correct records. The Chief Minister, emphasizing national highway projects, highlighted the need for land acquisition to ensure the swift and smooth progress of national highways and the Bharatmala project. He directed collectors to expedite the resolution of pending land acquisition and compensation distribution cases. Furthermore, he instructed to prioritize the completion of land acquisition and compensation distribution for projects like roads, railways, and mobile towers in Narayanpur, Dantewada, Sukma, and Bijapur in the Bastar division. The Chief Minister stated that the state government is giving utmost priority to transparency and accountability in revenue administration. He emphasized that a responsible governance system is possible only when justice is delivered to the public promptly. Therefore, every officer should ensure that cases are resolved without delay and in a just manner. He also instructed to expedite the process of farmer registration, ensuring that all eligible farmers are registered soon. He urged officials to take the digital crop survey seriously and complete it on time. The 25th anniversary of Chhattisgarh’s formation is being commemorated with a 25-week long silver jubilee celebration starting August 15th. Chief Minister Sai directed all district collectors to organize events in their respective areas to make the silver jubilee a public participation festival. He instructed that the details of programs be uploaded on the portal and that publicity be intensified. The Chief Minister also directed officials that Seva Pakhwada (Service Fortnight) will be observed in the state from September 17th to October 2nd, which will be part of the Chhattisgarh Silver Jubilee. During this period, public service programs like blood donation camps, health camps, and revenue camps will be organized. The Chief Minister stated that this occasion should be linked to every citizen of the state to strengthen public relations. The review meeting was attended by Chief Secretary Amitabh Jain, Secretaries to the Chief Minister Rahul Bhagat, P Dayanand, Finance Secretary Mukesh Bansal, PCCF Sunil Mishra, Secretary of Public Works Department Kamalpreet Singh, Secretary of Revenue Department Reena Babasaheb Kangale, Managing Director of the Culture Department Vivek Acharya, along with Secretaries, Commissioners, and Directors of other departments.
