Raipur April 10, 2026/Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai today released the book “Birhor Jananayak” based on the life of Padma Shri Shri Jagdishwar Yadav at the Chief Minister’s residence office in the capital Raipur. On this occasion, he congratulated and extended best wishes to the author of the book, Dr. Lokesh Patel.
Chief Minister Shri Sai said that the life of Padma Shri Shri Jagdishwar Yadav is a unique example of struggle, service, and dedication. He said that his entire life has been dedicated to society, and his work is a source of inspiration, especially for those working in the field of public service.
Chief Minister Shri Sai said that Shri Jagdishwar Yadav, known as the ‘Brother of Birhors’ in Jashpur district, has done commendable work for the upliftment of the Birhor tribal community. He said that his simple personality and unwavering commitment to society demonstrate that true leadership is born from service and sensitivity.
Chief Minister Shri Sai said that the book “Birhor Jananayak” brings forth that inspirational journey of his struggle, dedication, and service, which guides the new generation towards becoming aware and responsible towards society. He expressed confidence that this work will not only inspire readers but also help in developing a positive outlook towards society.
On this occasion, the author of the book, Dr. Lokesh Patel, stated that the creation of this book is inspired by the dedicated efforts made by Shri Jagdishwar Yadav for the all-round development of primitive tribes, especially the Birhor community. He said that his life struggles, social contributions, and humanistic perspective have been presented in detail in this work.
