Chief Minister pays heartfelt tribute to the late Dishom Guru Shibu Soren on his first death anniversary.
Ranchi, Chief Minister Shri Hemant Soren today paid heartfelt tribute by reaching his residence in Morabadi and offering flowers on the picture of the late Padma Bhushan awardee, great hero of Jharkhand movement and Dishom Guru, late Shibu Soren ji, on the occasion of his first death anniversary.
On this occasion, the late Dishom Guru Shibu Soren ji's wife Shrimati Rubi Soren, MLA Shrimati Kalpana Soren, along with other family members, also paid tribute to him by offering flowers on his picture and remembered his struggle-filled life, contributions, and ideals.
Interacting with the press and media representatives present on the occasion, Chief Minister Shri Hemant Soren said that Dishom Guru had dedicated his life to the fight for the rights of Jharkhand and its people. Today he is remembered with reverence and respect in every corner of the state. He said that Jharkhand is the land of heroes, where people have always struggled for their rights and entitlements. Many brave sons have made their supreme sacrifice in this struggle. We bow to all those brave sons with reverence.
Chief Minister said that today Baba is not among us physically, but his struggle, thoughts, and contributions will always remain immortal. He dedicated his entire life to the protection of the rights and upliftment of the original inhabitants, tribals, deprived, and exploited people of Jharkhand. It is our primary responsibility to realize the dreams he saw and to work for the all-round development of the state in accordance with his ideals.
Chief Minister said that the struggle, sacrifice, and martyrdom of Dishom Guru will always remain a source of inspiration for future generations. His contribution to the protection of Jharkhand's identity, self-respect, and rights is unforgettable. He said that the state government is continuously working with commitment to realize the egalitarian, just, and prosperous Jharkhand envisioned by Dishom Guru. On this occasion, the Chief Minister also bowed with reverence and paid tribute to all the brave martyrs of the Jharkhand movement.
