Chhattisgarh Murder: How Forensic Evidence Exposed a Wife's Plot

A sinister plot to commit the 'perfect crime' has been unraveled by the Kanker police after more than a year of investigation. The case involves the murder of Mukesh Vishwas, who was killed by his own wife and her lover. According to police reports, on the night of the incident, the victim was lured to a remote hut where accomplices pressured him into consuming a lethal amount of alcohol. Once he was unconscious, the suspects used live wires connected to a tube well to electrocute him, staging the scene to look like a tragic farm accident. However, the Kanker police's cyber cell tracked digital footprints and call records that showed constant contact between Saraswati Vishwas and Indrajit Das before and after the murder. Further interrogation led to a full confession, and the police have since recovered the electrical wires used in the crime. The four accused are currently in judicial custody facing murder charges.
