Charges Include Corruption Act and Multiple IPC Sections in Coal Fraud

According to the notice, the alleged offences fall under the Corruption Prevention Act, 1988 (amended 2018) sections 7, 7A and 12, as well as Indian Penal Code sections 420, 120‑B, 384, 467, 468 and 471. The investigation is recorded under crime number 03/2024. After the inquiry concludes, the indictment will be formally presented in the special court.
