CG Government Names Former Judge Rajni Dubey to Lead RERA Appellate Tribunal

The Chhattisgarh administration announced that former High Court Justice Rajni Dubey has been appointed as the head of the state's Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Appellate Tribunal. The Housing and Environment Department's order references the powers conferred by Sections 46 and 47 of the RERA Act. Her service will continue for a period not exceeding five years or until she attains the age of 67, whichever is earlier.
