Builder Naman Goyal linked to revoked Bilaspur housing layout

Authorities in Bilaspur have tied the revocation of Anant Realty’s housing layout to builder Naman Goyal. The TNC commissioner ordered the cancellation after the Municipal and Rural Investment Directorate identified multiple breaches of the Chhattisgarh Land Development Rules.

Key violations include the unauthorized conversion of a plot intended for a different layout into the project's access road and the inclusion of 90 housing units instead of the sanctioned 60. The developer’s explanations for the discrepancies were deemed unsatisfactory, prompting the department to enforce the cancellation.

Copies of the final order have been dispatched to the Housing and Environment Department, the Collector’s office, the Municipal Commissioner, CG RERA, Revenue officials, and other concerned agencies for further action.
