The academic year in Chhattisgarh commenced on June 16th with Shala Utsav celebrations across the state. In light of the severe heat, the School Education Department has issued an order to adjust school timings. Classes will be held from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM from June 17th to June 21st. Normal class schedules will resume from June 23rd. The new academic session began on Monday, with an initiative to improve quality right from the start. Officials will inspect basic facilities, teaching arrangements, student attendance, and teacher activities in schools.
