The centre’s workshops cover everything from vegetable cultivation to modern computer literacy, and a dedicated driving school helps residents acquire transport licences. Over 300 people benefitted from a recent health camp that screened for cancer and other serious illnesses, raising awareness about early detection. The Chief Minister praised the institution as a beacon of compassion, noting that true healing includes restoring self‑respect and societal acceptance.
