Raipur, The Atal Utkrisht Shiksha Yojana is proving to be a boon for the children of economically weak laborer families. Through this scheme, meritorious students are getting the opportunity to receive quality education in prestigious private schools, paving the way for their bright future.
Several talented students from various development blocks of Bijapur district have been selected under this scheme. Sanvi Sangam, a student from Basaguda village in Usur development block, has been selected for Delhi Public School, Rajnandgaon. Paridhi Kavati, a student from Gullaguda village in Bhopalpattnam development block, Devansh Janagam, a student from Sagrameta village in Bijapur development block, and Niharika Nikuri, a student from Gullaguda village, have been selected for Hum Academy, Jagdalpur. Aditya Korsa, a student from Chote Gogla village in Bhairamgarh development block, has also been selected for Delhi Public School, Rajnandgaon.
Parents of the selected students said that they belong to laborer families and it was not possible for them to educate their children in good private schools due to limited income. After registering with the Labor Department, they learned about the Atal Utkrisht Shiksha Yojana. They applied and their children were selected based on their talent.
Now these children are receiving a better academic environment, modern facilities, guidance from experienced teachers, and quality education. This has boosted the confidence of the children and they are moving towards realizing their dreams.
Collector Shri Vishwadeep met the selected students and their parents and inspired the children to study diligently, make their parents, society, and country proud, and build a bright future. He also informed the parents about various public welfare schemes of the government and wished them well on the selection of the children.
The Atal Utkrisht Shiksha Yojana is not just a scheme to provide education, but it is becoming a powerful medium to give a new identity to the dreams of children from laborer families by giving them equal opportunities.
