The claimant’s own petition listed his age as 58, and medical records placed it between 58 and 60. Applying the 2024 Supreme Court precedent, the court fixed his age in the range of 61‑65 years and increased his disability rating from 35 % to 60 %, recognizing the loss of a leg would severely affect his work as a carpenter.
