Action Taken on Employees: Suspension and Show Cause Notice Issued for Negligence in Pendra

The district administration in Pendra has taken strict action regarding the implementation of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) in the Pendra development block. Secretary Rajkumar Sharma of Tendumuda Gram Panchayat has been suspended due to negligence and lack of diligence. Additionally, a show cause notice has been issued to Jyoti Kashyap, the employment assistant of the same panchayat.

Furthermore, directives have been issued to immediately transfer the secretary of Thadpathra Gram Panchayat to another location. This action was taken on the instructions of District Panchayat CEO Surendra Prasad Vaidh. He has clearly indicated that negligence in government schemes will not be tolerated at any level. He warned all panchayat employees that strict action will continue against those who obstruct the implementation of important schemes like the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. This strictness by the administration has created a stir in the panchayats, and the remaining panchayats have also been instructed to implement the schemes in a timely and transparent manner.
