Action Taken in Pendra: Official Suspended, Notice Issued Over PM Awas Yojana Lapses

The district administration in Pendra has taken decisive action regarding the implementation of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PM Awas Yojana). Secretary Rajkumar Sharma of Tendumuda Gram Panchayat has been suspended due to negligence and lack of diligence. Additionally, a show-cause notice has been issued to Jyoti Kashyap, the Employment Assistant of the same panchayat. Instructions have also been issued to immediately transfer the secretary of Thadpathra Gram Panchayat to a different location. This action was taken under the direction of District Panchayat CEO Surendra Prasad Vaidh, who has made it clear that negligence in government schemes will not be tolerated at any level. He has warned all panchayat employees that strict action will continue against those who impede the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, a crucial initiative.
