2026 Local Holiday Calendar Released for Bilaspur District

Bilaspur’s official holiday calendar for the latter half of 2026 has been published. Residents will enjoy a day off on September 2 (Wednesday) for Har Chhath, on Monday, October 19 for Dussehra (Mahashashti), and on Wednesday, November 11 for Bhaidooj. The order clarifies that the holiday does not affect banking and treasury branches, which must stay open. Copies of the order have been dispatched to relevant departments for implementation.
