Chennai forecasts suggest scattered thunderstorms across the state

A latest forecast released by the Chennai regional center predicts scattered thunderstorms affecting multiple parts of Tamil Nadu. While the Western Ghats may see light to moderate showers on Thursday, coastal districts such as Chennai, Viluppuram, and Shivganga could encounter heavier rain with thunder and lightning.
