Champawat’s Siddh Narasimha Temple: A Blend of Faith, Nature and Heritage

Built originally under the patronage of the Chand rulers, the temple had fallen into decay over centuries. In a community‑driven campaign, residents from more than twenty‑two villages contributed labour and finances, culminating in a reconstruction that cost close to one crore rupees.
