The 92nd anniversary of the Indian Air Force will be celebrated with grandeur on October 8th. Preparations are underway for a spectacular event at the Hindon Air Force Station. The day will feature a grand parade, flypasts, demonstrations, and various captivating programs. This marks the return of the Air Force Day parade to Hindon Air Force Station after a gap of three years. Air Chief Marshal A.P. Singh will take the salute during the parade. The event will be attended by the Chief of Defence Staff (CDS), the Chief of Army Staff (COAS), the Chief of Naval Staff (CNS), and former Air Force chiefs. An MI-171 (V) helicopter will conduct a flag flypast, carrying the Indian tricolor, the Air Force flag, and the Operation Sindoor flag. The parade will also include a static display of aircraft. Additionally, an Investiture Ceremony will be held to award Presidential honors.
