Celebrating 25 years of governance: Modi acknowledges Kovind's support

Prime Minister Narendra Modi posted a note of appreciation to former President Ram Nath Kovind after receiving a congratulatory letter that marked the prime minister’s 25‑year milestone in public office. Modi wrote that Kovind’s comments on the upliftment of the poor and the disadvantaged hold special meaning for him, as they echo the core objectives of his administration. He also credited the nation’s mass resolve—140 crore Indians—for every success achieved so far. Kovind had earlier highlighted the occasion as a historic one, commending Modi’s long‑term dedication to public service and national welfare.
