CCTV Shows Suspect Climbing Roof Near Fish Office, Accident Possible

Security camera footage from the Fish Department complex in Hazaribagh reveals a person entering through a rear gate and making an attempt to scale the building's rooftop on the morning of July 20. The video, reviewed by local authorities, shows the individual navigating a narrow passage before reaching the roof, where an unfortunate fall may have occurred.

The presence of multiple bruises on the head and torso of the recovered body supports the theory of a fall from height, yet detectives are not dismissing other scenarios such as assault. The police have opened a comprehensive investigation, involving forensic analysis, eyewitness interviews, and cross‑checking recent missing‑person reports.

This incident adds to a worrying pattern of unidentified bodies turning up across the Hazaribagh district over the past weeks, including locations near the town station, Heera Bagh, and the Churchu police area. Authorities have asked the public to aid in the identification process by reporting any relatives or acquaintances who have been unaccounted for in recent days.
