CCI Limited Recruitment: 8 Deputy Manager Vacancies Open

Cement Corporation of India Limited (CCI) has opened recruitment for eight Deputy Manager vacancies on a fixed-term contract. The official notice has been published on the company's website, inviting qualified professionals to apply through offline submission.

The posts include one each in Production, Electrical and Instrumentation, Civil, Marketing, and Company Secretary, along with two openings in Mechanical. Applications must be submitted by 5 PM on 16 November.

To be eligible, candidates need a full-time engineering degree or diploma, an MSc, BBA, MBA/PGDM, or ICSI membership in a subject matching the post, from a recognised university or institution. Candidates must also possess at least five years of experience in the relevant domain after qualifying.

Applicants should be no older than 42 years as of 16 November 2026. Relaxation in the upper age limit will be granted to candidates from reserved categories as per official norms.

Candidates will be chosen through shortlisting, a personal interview, a medical examination, and document verification. Those selected will be paid Rs 50,000 per month and will be eligible for additional benefits and allowances.

The application fee is Rs 100 for General, OBC, and EWS candidates. SC, ST, PwD, and women applicants are exempted from the fee.

The application process begins with downloading the form from the official CCI Limited website and printing it out. Applicants must complete all sections, attach the required documents, and place everything in an envelope. The envelope should be addressed to 'HOD (HR), Cement Corporation of India Limited, Post Box No. 3061, Lodhi Road Post Office, New Delhi-110003' and sent by registered post, speed post, or another accepted method so that it arrives on or before the closing date.

CCI Limited has stated that the recruitment will initially be for one year, which may be extended by three more years based on performance.
