Home‑buyer scams uncovered as CBI seizes documents from multiple financial institutions

During the search of the 12 premises, CBI officials confiscated a range of incriminating material, including digital devices, project files, loan agreements and internal communications. The seized evidence is being examined for signs of financial irregularities, diversion of housing‑sector funds and systematic fraud. The agency has emphasized that the operation aims to collect decisive proof that can expose the alleged scheme, which has allegedly tormented home‑buyers for years and delayed possession of their flats.
