The Central Bureau of Investigation has reported that its enquiry into the NEET UG‑2026 paper‑leak remains in full swing. So far, the agency has arrested a total of thirteen persons, including the alleged mastermind PV Kulkarni, who previously served on the NTA's question‑paper panel.
During the court hearing, CBI officials disclosed that a handful of additional suspects are being closely monitored and could face arrest in the coming days. The agency is examining the role of coaching institutions and individuals who may have received the leaked paper ahead of the exam.
Authorities have emphasized that the investigation will continue until all responsible parties are identified and prosecuted.
