Buyers Flock to Delhi and Bengaluru Apple Stores for First-Day iPhone 18 Pro

Apple’s iPhone 18 Pro series became available in India on Friday at 8 a.m., prompting crowds at flagship outlets. The base model’s price begins at INR 1,64,900. In Delhi, the Apple Store at Select Citywalk saw a steady stream of customers forming a queue well before sunrise, all hoping to get the iPhone 18 Pro or Pro Max on launch day.

One eager buyer explained, "I’ve been waiting for two weeks, and the excitement of buying it on day one is something else." Another Delhi shopper, planning a bulk purchase of five to seven devices, arrived to collect his pre‑ordered iPhone 18 Pro Max.

The enthusiasm travelled to Bengaluru, where the Apple Store inside Phoenix Mall of Asia was already crowded when doors opened. Patrons arrived as early as 6 a.m., with many stating they were first in line for the iPhone 18 Pro Max. A separate customer highlighted his online reservation for two phones scheduled for a 9 a.m. pickup.

Across the country, the launch has ignited a wave of anticipation, with numerous pre‑orders already placed and many customers lining up outside stores to receive their new iPhones.
