Builder accused of multiple registrations faces probe after CM's public hearing

A separate grievance presented during the ‘Janata Darshan’ involved a builder from the Greater Noida‑Ghaziabad‑Meerut belt. Victims claimed that the builder had registered a single flat in the name of several different buyers, creating a massive fraud.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath took the matter seriously, ordering an immediate investigation. He assured the complainants that once the builder’s culpability is established, decisive legal action will be taken to deliver justice and recover losses.
