BSP Performance Improves in Punjab and Other States, Says Party Chief

Mayawati highlighted that the BSP’s recent showing in Rajasthan builds on improved performances in Punjab and several other states where local body elections were held earlier. She noted that in those contests the party outperformed its previous records and praised the officials who contributed to those gains. The chief expressed optimism that the momentum from Rajasthan, Punjab and other regions will translate into stronger showings in the upcoming state assembly elections and the next general election.
