Key Outcomes Expected from BRICS Youth Council and Sports Minister Summits

The youth ministers’ summit aims to strengthen cooperation in education, skill development, entrepreneurship, welfare and the Sustainable Development Goals. Participants will review recommendations from the earlier BRICS Youth Council meeting in Gandhinagar and the Youth Summit, and are expected to endorse a joint declaration and a new youth cooperation framework. The following day, sports ministers will reconvene to discuss traditional and indigenous games, sports technology, equipment manufacturing and innovation. The session will conclude with the adoption of a joint BRICS sports declaration, signalling a unified commitment to sports development across the bloc.
