Eligibility and Selection Process for BPSC Company Commander Jobs

Candidates must possess a graduation degree from a recognized university or an equivalent qualification. The minimum age is 24 years and the maximum is 50 years, calculated as of 1 August 2026. Age relaxations apply to candidates from reserved categories as per government rules. Shortlisted applicants will undergo a multi‑stage evaluation: document verification, a written competitive exam (preliminary and main), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), medical examination, and final document verification. Successful candidates will be appointed at Pay Level‑6, with a monthly salary and additional allowances.
