Eligibility and Selection Process for BPSC Company Commander Roles

Selection will be based on a written competitive exam (preliminary and main), followed by a physical fitness test, medical examination, character and background verification, and finally a merit list. Successful candidates will be appointed at Pay Level‑6 under the 7th Central Pay Commission, receiving a monthly salary as per the standard scale.
