BOI Opens 779 GBO Credit Officer Positions – Deadline July 20

A fresh recruitment window has opened at the Bank of India for 779 credit officer roles in the GBO category. The bank’s announcement outlines 677 vacancies in MMGS‑II, 61 in MMGS‑III and 41 senior posts in SMGS‑IV. Applications are accepted online from 30 June and must be lodged by 20 July. Candidates should possess a university degree with at least 60% marks or a professional degree such as CA, CMA‑ICWA, CS, or CFA, coupled with 3‑7 years of experience in banking or credit functions as per the relevant scale. The permissible age range is 25‑32 years for MMGS‑II and 32‑45 years for the higher grades, calculated as of 1 June, with age relaxations for reserved categories. The selection framework includes eligibility verification, a computer‑based test, a face‑to‑face interview and a merit list. Salary bands are projected at ₹64,820‑₹93,960 (MMGS‑II), ₹85,920‑₹1,05,280 (MMGS‑III) and ₹1,02,300‑₹1,20,940 (SMGS‑IV) per month. The fee to apply is ₹850 for general candidates and ₹175 for SC/ST/PWD aspirants.
