Why Blockbuster Hits Didn't Keep Grace Singh in Bollywood

Grace Singh’s filmography includes two major hits, "Munna Bhai MBBS" and "Gangaajal", both of which performed strongly at the box office. However, the momentum stalled when "Armaan" underperformed, followed by a series of losses such as "Chanchal", "Deshdrohi" and "Dekh Bhai Dekh". The continuous commercial setbacks eroded her bargaining power, making it difficult to secure substantial roles. Even her forays into South Indian and other regional industries failed to revive her career, prompting Grace to step back from film work altogether.
