The BJP’s West Bengal division has assigned retired Major Rituik Paul the dual roles of Social Media In‑Charge and State Spokesperson, as confirmed in a formal circular on September 18. The decision was approved by state president Samik Bhatta Charya and communicated through a letter from general secretary Shashi Agnihotri.
