BJP’s Nitin Novin Highlights Bengal’s Freedom, Youth Power, and UP Politics

In an interview dated November 7, BJP national president Nitin Novin shared his observations on several key states. He said that after the BJP formed the West Bengal government, the people he met during three separate trips – 2021, pre‑2026 elections, and post‑May 4 – no longer seemed confined. Instead, they displayed confidence and joy, especially evident during house‑to‑house Durga Puja celebrations, which he linked to the party’s effort to revive Bengal’s cultural legacy.

Novin turned to Tamil Nadu, describing the power play between TVK and Congress as a contest where the Congress, historically a “coalition‑breaker,” now seeks to control its ally, questioning how the dispute will resolve.

He addressed the nation’s young population, praising its size and potential, and referenced Prime Minister Modi’s 25‑year development plan that aims for a prosperous India by 2047. Novin called on youth to fully commit to their roles, noting that India is evolving from a job‑seeking to a job‑creating nation.

Finally, on Uttar Pradesh politics, Novin castigated Samajwadi Party leader Akhilesh Yadav for abandoning the PDA coalition, embracing Hindutva, and displaying what he termed a “double‑character” approach. He warned that the people of UP will not forget past promises related to temple construction and will hold such leaders accountable in the upcoming elections.
