Amar Singh urged that the celebration be complemented by a robust dialogue on education reforms, economic data integrity and communal harmony. He accused the BJP leadership, citing statements from national president Nitin Niravane, of reverting to politics that heighten religious and societal divisions. Singh argued that policy driven by RSS ideology creates fault lines between Hindu and minority communities and that real governance should centre on employment, education, and public welfare rather than identity politics.
