He said the assault was pre‑planned, with the assailants using phones to coordinate shouting “kill them.” Bittu also alleged that local police officials failed to act for nearly two hours, despite his presence from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. He further targeted Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, suggesting that the leader protects drug dealers while ignoring the safety of political figures.
