Transparent Admissions for Private ITIs and Bio‑Gas Projects Green Bihar

The cabinet mandated that 50% of seats in privately approved Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) be filled through the BCECEB counselling process, enhancing transparency in admissions. Separate approvals were granted for compressed biogas (CBG) plants in Gaya, Muzaffarpur, Bhagalpur and Biharsharif. Each municipality will provide ten acres of land free of charge for 25 years, enabling the production of biogas from wet and organic waste, reducing methane emissions and promoting renewable energy.
