Teenager Ordered to Clean Temple for a Week: A Unique Punishment by Juvenile Justice Board

The Chief Judicial Magistrate made this decision to steer the teenager away from a life of crime.

The magistrate believes in providing opportunities for juveniles to rehabilitate and avoid a criminal path. Recently, the magistrate addressed a minor accused of involvement in alcohol smuggling, offering the chance to reform through the temple cleaning sentence. The teenager confessed to the crime after being caught smuggling and stated that he was lured by financial incentives offered by the smugglers.
