Reasons behind the three vacant assembly constituencies

The seat in Bankipur became vacant after the resignation of the newly elected BJP national president Nitin Naveen. In Madhya Pradesh, Congress MLA Rajendra Bharti was disqualified, leaving Datia open. Gujarat’s Manjalpur seat was rendered empty following the death of senior BJP legislator Yogeshbhai Narayanbhai Patel. The commission is now conducting elections under the Representation of the People Act.
