Police Collect Evidence as Mystery Surrounds Death of Muzaffarpur Dancer

The death of a young dancer in Muzaffarpur has sparked questions among authorities. Sarika Pal, known as Muskaan, was found hanging inside a rented accommodation in the Chaturbhuj zone. She had been residing alone for the past month. On Tuesday, she failed to emerge, leading a co-resident to investigate unusual sounds. When the door was forced open, the dancer’s body was found suspended by a dupatta. Law enforcement officials secured the premises and called in the Forensic Science Laboratory. FSL technicians gathered the rope and other trace materials for examination. The body was handed over to the SKMCH for a post-mortem to determine if the death was self-inflicted. City ASP Suresh Kumar assured the public that the investigation remains thorough and all leads are being pursued.
