Neighbour’s quick pursuit leads to safe recovery of missing student in Mashrakh

The timely actions of a local resident proved crucial in locating the missing student from Mashrakh. Niroj Kumar, who noticed the two men forcing the girl into a car, immediately informed the family and began trailing the vehicle on his bicycle. Although the car gained speed after the first turn, Niroj kept the relatives updated over the phone. His alertness enabled the police to concentrate their search near the railway crossing, where they later rescued the girl from a box inside a construction site. Authorities credit the neighbour’s vigilance for preventing further delay and possible harm.
