Love Over Law: Minor and Adult Girl’s Marriage in Bihar Leads to Custody Orders

In an unprecedented case from Bihar, two teenage girls from Patna eloped and solemnized their union in a Khagaria temple. Their relationship, spanning three years, defied conventional religious and familial expectations. After a brief stay at a local hotel, the pair were located by a dedicated police team using surveillance footage and escorted back to Patna. During court proceedings, authorities confirmed that one of the girls is a minor.
